1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JEDI AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including subscribers, visitors, and anyone who accesses any part of the Service.

3. Not Financial Advice

JEDI AI provides algorithm-driven analytics and system-generated outputs based on predefined models. These outputs are intended for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any securities.

JEDI AI is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial advisor. The platform operates as a software technology provider and does not provide brokerage services, maintain customer accounts, or hold customer funds.

You are solely responsible for any decisions made in connection with your brokerage account. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance — including backtested results — is not indicative of future results.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading leveraged ETFs such as TQQQ and SQQQ involves substantial risk of loss. Leveraged products are subject to volatility decay and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. By using the platform, you acknowledge that all decisions regarding your brokerage account are made by you.

Orders may fail, be delayed, partially filled, or rejected due to market conditions, brokerage systems, or technical issues. JEDI AI does not guarantee execution timing or outcomes.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. The Pro plan includes a 30-day free trial — no charge will be made until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before renewal. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused periods only. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Automated Trade Execution

The Pro plan enables optional automation features that, when enabled by the user, allow the platform to facilitate the submission of transaction instructions to the user’s connected brokerage account through broker-authorized access.

All activity is initiated under user authorization and based on user-configured settings. The user retains full control over their brokerage account at all times and may modify, pause, or revoke access at any time.

JEDI AI is not a registered broker-dealer or investment advisor and does not provide discretionary account management services.

Automated features remain disabled unless explicitly enabled by the user.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect account information, usage data, and brokerage credentials (encrypted at rest, never shared with third parties). We do not sell personal data. We use industry-standard security practices to protect user data. Brokerage credentials are stored using AES-256 encryption and are used solely to enable user-authorized connectivity and functionality within the platform and are not used for any purpose outside of user-initiated actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, strategies, signal logic, backtesting methodology, software, and content on the JEDI AI platform are proprietary and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JEDI AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any trading losses. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to cancel your subscription.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Washington, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
